A: You can easily find a production frame for yourself unless you want to waste money. An XL frame with 20" wheels will give you faster acceleration and better handling than a 24" wheel. However, if you insist on a 24" wheel look at the Diamondback Reactor Team 24... it is an excellent racing bike. Almost nobody will build you an aluminum frame due to the post treatment necessary, and almost ANY framebuilder will build a BMX racing frame for you in Chrome Moly.
