Q: I'm 15 and I still can't do the splits. I know its better to start at a really young age cause that's when you're more flexible, but I didn't.
A: You are NEVER to old to do the splits, im 18 and i just had an injury so lost a lot of my flexibility but im working on getting my split again on both legs. Sorry but the only way to do it is to stretch everyday. A great way i do it to save time on warming up is doing it straight after my shower each morning. Your muscles are already warm so it only takes 5 or 10 minutes out of your day. Make sure you do smaller stretches first and loosen up before trying a split and remember to hold it for at least 15secs otherwise it won't have much of an effect, Hope this helps
