which sport is harder, Cheerleading or Lacrosse?

Q: how so? what makes it more harder?

A: Cheerleading is harder in my opinion. I've never really played lacrosse though. In cheerleading you have to be good at tumbling, stunting, dancing, yelling, spirited all the time, etc. It depends what your skills are, if you are little and strong for example, you might be/become a good flyer, or if you're pretty strong a base or a backspot, this is all for stunting. It is hard work, you might have to take an extra dance and/or tumbling class outside of you're regular cheer practice. Some squads require you have a certain level of skill in gymnastics (a (roundoff) back handspring, tuck, or whatever) Advice: When you yell, use you're diaphragm, not just your throat, that way you won't lose your voice after an exciting game, + it sounds better :)
