A: I agree with "Aztec". Though, they are multiple sporting "events" in a given time it is broadcast worldwide. Whereas, football and futball are somewhat localized. For example, one could watch the Olympics (provided it is the year) in a given country whereas the Superbowl would not be aired. Now, if your wondering of fan base, totals in number of viewers during a given season; well, that is entirely different answer. I would opt for the World Cup. Hence, "World" in it's name. The Superbowl may not be aired elsewhere.
