Because he now in the Northern Hemisphere coaching rugby and they can't keep up physically with the Southern Hemisphere sides with the new laws. He should stop complaining and get his club up to speed with the new laws they are the best thing for rugby.
A: because Northern hemisphere teams just dont have the speed and explosive ball skills to handle and adopt the EVL. Rugby will be a boring game with fans drifting off to other sports as they try hard to hang on to the tradtional plays of slow go rugby. I hate it when people cant accept change and progress for the future. Hope the IRB will enforce the North to adopt the EVLS veery soon.
