Q: i'm 13 so yea....trying to keep up my stamina in running...
A: im 13 too!! umm, i dont know really how to explain this because i have been running since i was 4. Ok, well its called a tempo workout. You can either do the sprint/jog or the walk/jog. I would go with the walk/jog for you. Ok, you start out walking, then when you get to ur first LIGHTPOST, you know what i mean right? like those wire polls things i the side of the road? when u get to one of them you start to jog, the next one you walk and etc. You can also replace the polls with any other thing on ur street. I would do the jog/walk for 2 days and on the 3rd day try the jog/sprint. <3
