Q:
A: He has been well known in the track community since he was 15. His break through in the 100 is something of a surprise, but not unexpected. The biggest effect caused by drug cheats is now anyone who does well is considered to be a drug cheat. The IAAF tests elite athletes year round, in and out of competition. He has never had a positive test. His body does not look like Ben Johnson, a well known cheat, he did not suddenly go from an unknown to record breaker, so there is no reason to say he is a drug cheat.
