Answer this ONLY if you can run a 15 minute 5k or better.?

Q: Last track season my PR for the mile (or 1600m if you want to get technical) was 4:42. That was in May. This year for cross country, my PR for the 3 mile is 16:05, but its only been our second race and I feel I could do much faster. About how much faster is it likely that I will improve too? I'm a 14 year old sophomore male.

A: i dont know dude, it depends on how hard you are running and your mileage and your training difficulty if you ran the 16:05 for 3 miles pretty near your maximum: if you are planning to peak near the end of the season, you could break 15:30 midway or near the end of your season it all comes down to what you are capable of dont ever pressure yourself, just try to do your best you make me feel really slow... i ran 4:41 last year for track for the 16 but my fastest for a 5k is around 17:30 you got any tips for me?
