Q: i have a reallllly good stroke for butterfly, and i'm really fast at the 50 fly, but i cant get my 100 fly that fast because i guess i dont know how to swim it?? cause im not even tired at the end lol how do you guys swim it? thanks your right!
A: fast you just gotta all out swim it with nothing left at the end if you are not tired at the end of it you didnt go fast enough gosh i sound like my coach lol scary :)
