Advice Buying One Piece Swimsuit ?

Q: Hi, I'm about 5'11, 120 lbs with an inseam of 38" I'm trying to buy a nice competition (for triatholon) one piece swimsuit but have difficulty finding the right size. Most suits are too loose for me and too long. The ones short enough (girl and junior sizes) are way too tight around my bust (about 36' C-cup). I've tried two piece suits but they don't stay on well over the distance of my swims (usually 5K or more). I'd also prefer something with higher cut legs and rio cut rear for comfort and range of motion. Can anyone make a recommendation? thanks

A: Racing suits are supposed to be tight to increase aerodynamics. You can buy a one-piece ultra suit that combines shorts and the top, have you tried those? When I race I always wear a 2-piece for freedom of movement during a tri. I find a one-piece very constricting on the run and bike. I'm a big fan of the TYR triathlon series, it offers a lot of options and they have low-rise bottoms which would work well since you seem to have a short torso. For regular open-water disance I just wear racing suits, various types. You can always find a tailor to do alterations to your suit or make you a special one if you're really hard to fit. www.teamestrogen.com www.tyr.com Good luck!
