UEFA takes note of the decision taken by the Court of Arbitration for Sport to reduce the sanction imposed on Manchester City by the Club Financial Control Authority for alleged breaches of UEFA`s licensing and financial fair play regulations. UEFA notes that the CAS has found that there is insufficient conclusive evidence to support all the conclusions of the Club Financial Supervisory Authority in this particular case and that many of the alleged infringements are time-barred due to the 5-year period provided for in the UEFA regulations.
